Explorama Limited (My Travel Directory / www.mytraveldirectory.co.uk) accepts URLs for inclusion in its website. By subscribing to any of our services, you are forming a contract with both My Travel Directory and Explorama Limited and will be bound by the Terms of Service and Terms of Use.

1. You grant My Travel Directory the right to use any or all parts of the listings and site information you provide to publicly perform, display and distribute in its website and, copy and manipulate it as reasonably necessary for such performance or display; modify it; and archive and store it.

2. My Travel Directory randomly checks URLs submitted for inclusion. Your URL will not be included if it is illegal or infringes the rights of a third party or is of inappropriate content including but not withstanding: racist content, promotes/disseminates illegal activities, terrorist content, occult material or related material and defamatory content.

3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the www.mytraveldirectory.co.uk website and cannot provide any representation that using the website will be error free and therefore shall not be held responsible for delays or failure of any kind.

4. My Travel Directory does not represent or warrant that Customers' URLs/website will achieve a favourable position, or any position, within a particular search engine or that website/s will gain pagerank; Google pagerank; higher Google pagerank; or any results whatsoever in search engines.

5. My Travel Directory does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the My Travel Directory Services or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.

6. You expressly agree that use of the My Travel Directory Services provided hereunder is at your sole risk.

7. My Travel Directory expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. My Travel Directory obtains the right to remove any subscriber websites at any time if it infringes any terms set out here or any UK law whatsoever.

9. My Travel Directory reserve the right to not refund or credit any of its services.
